If you are visiting the ski slopes, the hotel is conveniently close to the ski shop and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. If you like parks, Sai, no, kawara is just a short trip away. For those wanting to explore the town, it's a 20, minute walk or the hotel shuttle can take you there. Enjoy the free breakfast with a variety of Japanese and Western options. the rooms are spacious and well, maintained, the onsen facilities are excellent. the hotel has a pool, arcade and table tennis table. the French restaurant serves delicious food.
The hotel could improve communication with non, Japanese speakers.

We spent a lovely New Year's Eve at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful views from our room. The hot springs were outstanding, especially the outdoor one, where we could soak while admiring the snowy mountains. The free shuttle service to the nearby ski resort and downtown was very convenient, and we appreciated that the hotel provided free storage for our ski equipment.
Although the staff was friendly, the language barrier was a bit of an issue, and we had trouble communicating our needs at times. We also found that the breakfast buffet lacked variety, with mostly Japanese dishes and few international options.

Spent Christmas with my family at an authentic Japanese hotel and loved it! the traditional Japan-style rooms were a unique experience. the hot springs were relaxing, especially on a cold winter night. the hotel had a great location for skiing and the shuttle ride to slopes was a plus. the buffet, including Taraba Kani legs and craws, was delicious.
The language barrier proved to be difficult at times and some staff spoke only Japanese, but we were able to communicate with most of them. the rooms were a bit old, but still comfortable.

We had an lovely stay at this hotel, with some excellent features. the hotel facilities were really good - including three spacious indoor baths, two outdoor baths, and a classic dry sauna. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby bus stations, ski shops, and downtown areas. The staff were also helpful, and we were impressed by their English proficiency. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to please every palate.
Nothing is perfect in this world, but it certainly comes close to perfection in this hotel.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the all-you-can-eat dinner, where we indulged in delicious dishes like Beef Steak and Boiled Crab legs. We were impressed that we could even refill our soda, coffee, and ice cream. The Japanese-style room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, with a separate tea room, closet, and main sleeping room. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus for guests, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. In addition, there was a game room and vending machines in case we needed a snack. The public onsen room was large and clean, and we also had the opportunity to rent a private onsen room with a seating area and outdoor bath. We were able to relax and enjoy our drinks while soaking in the private onsen. the comfort, quality services, and attention to detail at this hotel exceeded our expectations.
